Minor Policy

The youngest age we will pierce is 5 years old! This is for ear lobes only. The rest of our age requirements will be listed next to the service when booking.

We operate upon their consent to the procedure and their understanding of what they will be experiencing. Every minor is allowed to stop the procedure at any time. The minor must also be accompanied by their Legal Guardian.

ID Requirements

Upon arrival, please have the following ready:

​

• birth certificate

• photo ID for minor

• photo ID for Legal Guardian

IF LAST NAMES DO NOT MATCH, you will need paperwork showing the legal name change of either individual to match the name listed on birth certificate.

What counts as a photo ID for a Minor?

​

We can accept the following as photo ID for any minor:

​

• passport

• school issued ID (must have name and photo listed)

• state issues non-driver ID (learn more)
